1. Manufacturing, Fulfillment and Return Information

Hengra is a women’s clothing brand offering dresses, tops, pants, skirts, and matching sets.

Our products are manufactured in partnership with professional apparel factories in China. Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. location.

Important Notice: Hengra products are manufactured in China. U.S. customer orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. location. U.S. customer returns are also handled through our U.S. return address.

This information is provided to ensure transparency regarding manufacturing, fulfillment, and return handling.

2. Shipping Coverage

Hengra currently provides shipping services within the United States only.

We ship to:

• The 48 contiguous United States
• Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. territories
• International destinations outside the United States

3. Supported Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

• Express Shipping

Orders are shipped via reliable and trackable carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the shipping method, package size, and delivery destination.

4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Notes:

• Processing time begins after payment confirmation.
• Delivery estimates are based on normal shipping conditions.
• Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside Hengra’s control.
• Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays.

5. Order Processing

After an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we will:

• Verify order information
• Prepare the purchased items
• Complete packaging
• Arrange shipment from our U.S. location

Typical processing time is 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, or high order volume.

6. Shipping Schedule

• Shipping operations: Monday – Saturday
• No deliveries on Sundays
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

• Tracking number
• Carrier information (when available)

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package is handed over to the carrier.

• All product prices on the Hengra website are listed in USD and do not include sales tax.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
• For U.S. orders fulfilled from our U.S. location, customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes.
• Hengra does not charge any hidden fees or extra transaction surcharges.
• The total amount shown at checkout (product price + shipping + applicable sales tax) is the final amount you will be charged.
